Colorado Stream Update: Closer to spring, but still winter fishing for a little longer

Current Conditions at South Boulder Creek:

SBC is fishing decent, but winter is still lingering. Drifting Patterns like Barr's emerger, hare's ears and pheasant tails will produce eats. It is possible to see some rises in the softer water, but low and slow with the nymphs is the way to get it done. Remember to find the bottom, depth is crucial when nymphing.

Fishing is good but it’s still cold out there! To maximize the bite strive to be on the water from 10 am to 2 pm.  The fishing is good.  Clear skies and 36-39 degree weather. The water temperature was between 32-35 degrees and Crystal Clear.
