Colorado Stream Update: Most of the Eagle is frozen to the point of no fishing.

Current Conditions at Eagle:

The upper Eagle has been iced over for a while but this most recent cold snap has locked up even many sections of the lower Eagle. The forecast for Gypsum, which is typically a great winter section, is calling for a bit of warmer weather and if that's the case the river should open up a bit so keep an eye out for warmer weather. Until then, consider other options.

Clear skies and 19- degree weather. The water temperature was between 32-35 degrees and Slightly Off.
