Colorado Stream Update: It's quiet... too quiet

Current Conditions at Bighorn:

The Bighorn is still in its winter slumber. The angling pressure has subsided, the fish remain willing to eat on small midges and streamers. Target the deeper runs and make sure your flies are in the right depth.

Despite the colder temperatures the river is flowing steady. The colder weather is making for lighter than normal crowds on the river.  The fishing is good.  Partly Cloudy skies and 36-39 degree weather. The water temperature was between 36-39 degrees and Crystal Clear.
